Wit is a London house and techno DJ and producer based in Hong Kong: a former XOYO resident, booked to play Glastonbury ten times, with five years presenting a specialist show on KISS FM.

The long version

Wit is a London DJ and producer based in Hong Kong, playing house and techno under his own name. His career spans an XOYO residency, ten Glastonbury bookings, appearances at Fabric and Ministry of Sound, and five years presenting a specialist show on KISS FM.

In London, Wit performed in Rooms 1 and 2 at Fabric, Rooms 1 and 3 at Ministry of Sound, and clubs including Studio 338, E1, Egg, Village Underground, Corsica Studios, Electric Brixton and Colour Factory. Beyond the capital, his UK dates include Sankeys Manchester, Stealth Nottingham, Motion and Lakota in Bristol, Lab11 Birmingham, Wire Leeds and Sneaky Pete's Edinburgh. International appearances include Pikes Ibiza, Decadance in Ghent and Ecstatic in Antwerp.

Wit has been booked to play Glastonbury ten times. His wider festival history includes Houghton, Gottwood, Bestival, Secret Garden Party, The Big Chill, Noisily and Feest in het Park in Belgium, alongside numerous independent UK festivals.

Away from the booth, Wit presented on KISS FM for five years and was sponsored by Pirate Studios from 2014 to 2020, including a live performance for the company. His studio work centres on analogue synthesisers and includes production for other artists as well as his own material. As Church of Acid, he released Teq and Archive in 2021, followed by Our Atoms Are Old Friends in 2023.

In 2019, Wit paused DJ bookings to run the lasers for Dixon's residency at Pacha, Ibiza. When the pandemic brought that work to an end, he shifted his focus towards studio production.
